What is my collection time?
Before 7:00 am that day. We do advise all residents to ensure collection; have items out curbside the night before.
How do I dispose of furniture, appliances, etc.? 
Please call our office at least 24 hours before your pick up day for pricing and to schedule these items for removal. For the full list of bulk items we will pick up, click here.
What are considered unacceptable curbside items?
Antifreeze, asbestos, construction materials , chemicals, paint, poisons, propane or helium tanks, sod, tires, tree stumps, dirt, and rocks.
How can I pay my bill ?
We accept payments by phone, mail, in-person, or online. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card. We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. We are now offering electronic billing to reduce our paper billing. Call Customer Service for more information 770-592-1515.
What’s your holiday schedule?
We will pick up your trash one day later than normal if your pickup day falls on a holiday we observe. The holidays we will not be working are Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. For example, Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, so the Thursday customers will be picked up on Friday and the Friday customers will be picked up on Saturday. If the holiday falls on a weekend your pick up will be on your regular schedule.

How am I billed?
Customers are billed quarterly. Your statement will be in your mail one month prior to your due date.
If I get my neighbor to sign up, what do I get out of it?
One free month as well as the person signing just make sure to have that persons account number.
Should I put out my recycling and yard waste at the same time as my trash ?
Yes just remember, recycling: is plastics #1 thru #7, tin, aluminum, newspaper, magazines, mixed paper including junk mail, phone books and catalogs, paperboard and glass bottles. All cardboard boxes should be flattened.
NOT ACCEPTABLE: Styrofoam 

Yard waste: Each customer is allowed ten bags of yard debris per week. Each additional bag will be $1.00 per bag. Sticks must be tied and bundled and cut to 4ft.
NOT ACCEPTABLE – tree trunks, dirt, rocks, construction debris.
Where should I locate the trash can to be picked up? 
Put the can at the corner of your driveway, and at the opposite end of the mailbox location
